Adopting mature One Pass high-speed printing system, it accommodates genuine leather, PU synthetic leather, micro-fiber leather, shoe upper cut-pieces, handbag leather blanks, leather hangtags and decorative leather patches. Precise colour restoration delivers high-definition prototype samples. UVsolidified prints feature outstanding abrasion resistance for longterm sample archive. Optional sensor controlled partition groove belt receivingtable, automatic feeder and servo stacker constitute an automated sampling assembly line, satisfying high frequency multi pattern sampling requirements of leather pattern making factories.

1. Inductive Slot Belt Collecting Platform 

Equipped with infrared photoelectric sensor. Automatically starts/stops conveying after detecting UV cured leather, cutting idle wear. Partition groove belt design transports leather sheets separately, ideal for shoe cuts and luggage leather. Supports sensor trigger & constant speed modes, speed synchronizable with main printer to avoid leather stretching. Movable aluminium frame, expandable with auto feeder and servo stacking system.
