1. Waterfall type cap feeder

Built in inclined vertical lifting belt conveyor and large capacity storage hopper, the slim tall waterfall style cap sorter transports caps upward via baffled belts just like upward flowing waterfall. It sorts caps by the gravity principle: misaligned caps slide back for re-screening while properly-oriented caps are delivered steadily to the UV-printing station. The bigvolume bin cuts down frequent material refilling. Its gentle transport structure avoids collision scratches on thin, soft and easily abraded plastic caps. Low noise running and stable high speed feeding keep your whole production line operation smooth.

2. High-Speed Adjustable Definition Printing System

This automatic full color UV digital inkjet printer for bottle caps is custom designed for curved surface color printing on plastic caps, aluminum anti theft closures and bottle bodies. It delivers a maximum printing speed of 120 meters per minute with adjustable print resolution from 300 to 2400 DPI. Eco-friendly RoHS compliant UV ink safe for food contact application is adopted. Equipped with high precision piezoelectric printheads, it can print variable QR-codes, batch serial numbers, anticounterfeit codes, brand logos and full-color graphics. Standard configurations consist of plasma activation pretreatment, instant drying with LED-UV cold light curing, OCR visual inspection and automatic defective product removal. The ink boasts outstanding adhesion and excellent scratch resistance, well suited for high speed production lines in the packaging industry.
