1. Vacuum Belt Feeder

Intelligent Auto-Feeding & Receiving System.he sheet separating feeding mechanism eliminates tedious manual sheet loading procedures to boost workflow efficiency and accelerate your printing tasks. Combined operation of automatic feeding, counting, stacking and bundling effectively cuts down manual handling time and labour expenditure, raises production capacity and reduces overall costs.

2. RFID System

Once sheet feeding finishes, the system automatically detects single sheet status of tags. Individual hang tags are then conveyed to four RFID read write modules, which sequentially execute chip reading, data writing, encryption and inspection. Defective RFID tags will be automatically rejected during detection to prevent faulty items from flowing into the subsequent working procedure.


Scope of Application:

This machine works with single sheet RFID hang tags, apparel tags, cards, tickets and other flat label stock. It is capable of UV printing 1D-barcodes, QR-codes, anti-counterfeit marks, graphics, customized digits, texts, serial numbers and database driven variable data. Built in functions cover RFID read write inspection, automatic defective tag rejection and auto-reprinting for missing codes.
